Learn about Google’s new policy and how this affects your video playback

Google Chrome team announced on May 2018 the release for its Autoplay Policy. The Autoplay policy imposes restrictions that prevent videos and audios from autoplaying in the web browser not until the user click or tap to play.

With this update, you may need to click on your device to play the video with sounds with a mouse attached to do it.

If you are using a device set up through Chrome Device Management it will not be affected, that is why we recommend utilizing devices through CDM.
If you are running devices via Windows or Mac using Chrome extension you will be affected by this policy
If you are using Chrome version 66 and above you will be affected, so you may need to upgrade.

Workaround:

Simply mute all videos on your playlist.
Run ChromeOS devices, set up through Google Admin.
Change the Autoplay policy in your device through your Chrome browser
